In 2001 Flint along with long time collaborator and Creative Director Paul Jarvis founded Propaganda as a brand strategy and design firm. The company has enjoyed steady growth over its nine-year history providing brand strategies and award winning creative solutions aimed at winning the hearts and minds of their clients’ consumers. To date, Propaganda hospitality clients have included brands such as Panera Bread, Atlanta Bread Company, Houlihan’s Restaurant Group, Apex Restaurants, Boston Market, Raising Cane’s and Pizza Inn.
In addition to the above mentioned hospitality clients, Flint has also directed the branding and strategy development for other clients, such as Dial Soap, Tone Body Wash, Right Guard deodorant, Zicam Nasal Care family of products, and DeKuyper brand cordials to name a few.
Prior to co-founding Propaganda, Paul Jarvis served as Associate Creative Director at Phoenix Creative Company, a strategic marketing firm. Jarvis began his association with Phoenix Creative as a Sr. Art Director in 1997. He was key in developing process strategies and organizational structure necessary to facilitate a more efficient workflow and servicing of client needs.
As Associate Creative Director he provided the creative vision in branding several national accounts for the agency including Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, The Sports Authority, Shoney’s Restaurants, Houlihan’s Restaurant Group, Edison Brothers Stores and Finish Line Stores.
Jarvis’ association with Phoenix Creative Co. combined with his six years experience in the industry with Momentum, a division of McCann Erickson and Edison Brothers Stores has resulted in a nationally recognized body of work and extensive experience managing and executing successful marketing programs for a variety of large corporations.
